Reg Reporting Manager

Overview

As Regulatory Reporting Manager in a well-known wealth manager, you will own FCA regulatory reporting and ensure timely, accurate submissions. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, influencing governance and strategic decisions. You will lead ICARA under IFPR, support capital planning and liquidity reporting, and contribute to audits, financing, and M&A due diligence. This role offers visibility, impact, and the chance to shape regulatory processes at scale within a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Own FCA regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy and deadlines
• Act as SME on regulatory requirements to keep the business ahead of regulatory changes
• Lead the ICARA process under IFPR, including production, analysis, and presentation to senior stakeholders
• Support capital planning, stress testing, and wind-down modelling
• Monitor and report on regulatory and liquidity capital
• Maintain tight cashflow reporting and ensure regulatory compliance
• Deliver monthly reporting for management, shareholders, and lenders
• Review annual financial statements across multiple entities
• Support audits, statutory reporting, and tax filings
• Engage in M&A due diligence and integration
• Maintain banking mandates and broader finance operations

Key requirements

• Strong experience in FCA regulatory reporting
• Proven ICARA and IFPR experience (non-negotiable)
• Solid grounding in financial reporting and IFRS
• Ability to translate complex regulation into clear, actionable insight
• Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
• Ownership mindset
