The Opportunity
We are supporting an established environmental consultancy and estate management provider in the appointment of a Principal Managing Agent / Estate Manager to oversee a portfolio of land and vacant property assets across the North West.
This role sits within a specialist team responsible for ensuring land and property assets are safely managed compliant and operationally maintained . The position combines estate management contractor coordination and health safety oversight across a geographically spread portfolio.
It is a hands-on operational role that requires regular site visits stakeholder coordination and the practical management of land and estate-related risks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of land and vacant property assets across multiple regional sites Ensure health safety compliance across estate environments Coordinate contractors and works programmes including maintenance and improvement works Conduct site inspections and risk assessments Manage issues relating to vacant property land use and estate management Act as a key liaison between consultants contractors clients and internal teams Ensure all estate activity is delivered in line with safety and compliance requirements Candidate Profile: This role would suit someone with experience in: Estate management Land and property management Facilities management Vacant property management Environmental or landscape management Health safety within estates or property environments You should be comfortable managing multiple sites contractors and stakeholders while maintaining strong compliance standards.
Essential Experience: Experience managing property land or estate portfolios Strong working knowledge of health safety legislation Experience managing contractors and site works Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
Desirable
