Regional Family Director

p Oculus are working with an established Legal 500 law firm looking to appoint a Family Director into a strategic leadership position. /p p br /p p This opportunity would suit an experienced Family Partner, Head of Department or Senior Family Solicitor seeking a role with significant autonomy, influence and responsibility for the continued growth of a successful family law offering. /p p br /p p The successful candidate will combine leadership responsibilities with a high-quality caseload of privately funded family matters, while playing a key role in business development, team growth and long-term strategic planning. /p p br /p p The position offers the opportunity to: /p p

• Lead and develop an established family law team /p p
• Contribute to the firms growth strategy and wider business objectives /p p
• Maintain and develop key professional relationships and referral networks /p p
• Handle complex private family law matters /p p
• Support recruitment, mentoring and team development initiatives /p p
• Influence the future direction of the department /p p br /p p

Requirements

/p p

• Significant experience in private family law 10+ PQE /p p
• Strong leadership and people management skills /p p
• Commercial awareness and business development experience /p p
• Proven ability to build relationships and develop new work /p p
