Regional Sales Manager – Process CoolingBirmingham / Midlands45,000 – 55,000 + Commission – 80,000 OTEAn established specialist in industrial process cooling and temperature control solutions is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to develop its presence across the Midlands.

The business provides engineered cooling solutions to customers across plastics, manufacturing, food & beverage, medical and wider industrial markets, delivering projects ranging from individual equipment through to complete turnkey cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities:Develop new business across the Midlands for process cooling solutionsManage and grow existing customer accountsCarry out site surveys and understand customer cooling requirementsDevelop technical solutions alongside the engineering teamManage opportunities from initial enquiry through quotation to orderBuild relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, contractors and industrial end users Package:45,000 – 55,000 per annumCommission – 80,000 OTECompany car25 days holiday + Bank HolidaysCompany pensionLaptop & mobile phoneOngoing technical training and career progression What You’ll Need:Sales experience within process cooling, chillers, refrigeration or industrial HVACGood technical understanding of process cooling systemsStrong new business and account management experienceExperience selling to industrial or manufacturing customersCommercial and customer-facing skillsFull UK driving licence Interested in hearing more?
