Registered Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to join an established residential care provider. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate healthcare professional to lead a residential service and drive quality improvement in line with CQC standards.

Job: 2668 Location: North London Type: Permanent Lead the residential service to improve CQC standards and ensure high quality care delivery Ensure effective operation of care and support systems leading to positive outcomes for residents Monitor, audit and review services, taking appropriate corrective action where necessary Demonstrate high professional standards and leadership, supporting staff with support plans, risk assessments and documentation Coordinate resources to ensure effective service delivery and participate in development planning Build and maintain effective relationships with CQC, Local Authorities, and professional stakeholders Ensure person-centred approaches are used with emphasis on dignity and respect Oversee financial management including budget control, petty cash and service user monies Line manage deputy, floor managers and other key staff, providing coaching and mentoring Assess training needs, review completion data, and organise or deliver training as required Lead formal processes including disciplinary hearings, appeals, and grievances in line with protocols Maintain focus on safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control standards Required Skills & Experience Experience managing a residential care service NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) Proficient in CQC regulation and compliance Strong understanding of current social care legislation and Care Standards Act 2000 Proven leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Keystone Care is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
