We are recruiting a Registered Manager with a valid PIN. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the complex care provision across Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey and Essex , ensuring consistent compliance with CQC regulations and company processes and policies.

With strong leadership skills you will ensure high levels of quality care are delivered. Leading the Regional Nurse Managers and Operations Managers, the Registered Manager is accountable for clinical excellence, operational delivery, workforce performance and continuous improvement, ensuring outstanding outcomes for clients, commissioners, regulators and the organisation.

Areas of Responsibility: Regional Leadership Service Performance and Operational Excellence Clinical and Operational Integration Package Mobilisation Quality, Governance & Compliance Client relationships and partnerships Workforce leadership Workforce planning Risk, Safeguarding and business continuity Performance and continuous improvement About yo u You will have experience working as a Registered Manager with strong operational and organisational skills including experience with clinical governance, CQC, safeguarding, and quality.

You will ideally be a Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN Previous experience of working for community-based organisation ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators.

You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence. What's on offer for the Registered Manager? Salary of £70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience, plus a company car 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm plus on call, main base will be the Brighton office so you will need to be local enough to be based there , with travel when required to the other regions.
