You will have a unique opportunity to further your career by using your clinical skills within a University setting, allowing you to access up-to-date research in this field. This is a maternity cover post, so the position is for 12 months at 0.8 FTE (28 hours per week).
As a Rehabilitationist, you will play a vital role in helping patients adapt to and optimise their auditory implants. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you'll provide specialist rehabilitation, guiding patients through their hearing journey. Your
key responsibilities will include
Delivering tailored rehabilitation programmes for cochlear and bone conduction implant recipients Assessing patient progress and adjusting therapy strategies accordingly Providing education and support to patients, families, and caregivers Collaborating with audiologists, rehabilitationists, and other professionals to enhance outcomes Contributing to research and teaching opportunities within the university setting
What We're Looking For
