Relief Security Officer

Position: Relief Security Officer Location: Barnstaple Pay Rate: £16.20 per hour Hours: Various Shifts: Various Your Time at Work As a Security Officer you will ensure the safety of staff, their premises, assets and the general public, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile.

We pride ourselves on providing a safe and secure environment. You will conduct yourself in a manner which will bring credit to yourself and the company, ensuring full uniform is worn and your 'SIA licence' is clearly displayed at all times.

Greeting staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner Ensuring everyone follows the security and safety protocols of the store Conducting searches when required Dealing with any security incidents in store and completing relevant incident report forms To provide a visible uniformed deterrent, to contribute to the safety and security of the store, its staff and customers Carry out Company Policy on any loss prevention To observe and report incidents using the correct reporting systems To ensure site knowledge is kept up to date and developments at local level are identified To understand and implement any Fire and Safety evacuation procedures Our Perfect Worker Our perfect worker would have a keen eye and a friendly way with people, you could look forward to an interesting role where no two days are the same with exciting career opportunities.

Our ideal candidate would hold a full SIA licence and have previous experience of working in a security role.
