You will own refurbishment, extension and conversion projects across a nationwide estate, managing feasibility, budgets and timelines while coordinating contractors and consultants.
Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will ensure compliance, safety and on-time delivery, with exposure to acquisitions and due diligence as part of growth initiatives.
