Flexible and hybrid working is fully embedded, giving lawyers genuine autonomy and work-life balance. You’ll manage a varied caseload of contentious probate matters, including: Will and inheritance disputes Inheritance Act claims Trust and estate disputes Capacity and validity challenges Executor and trustee disputes This role offers excellent exposure to complex work, early responsibility and ongoing support from experienced colleagues.
NQ–1+ years' PQE with strong contentious probate experience Confident managing matters with appropriate supervision Strong technical ability and excellent client care skills Keen to continue developing within a collaborative, high-performing team #INDMISC
