In this role, you’ll manage your own caseload, handling a broad mix of transactions including: Freehold Leasehold New build Unregistered Shared ownership matters In return, you’ll benefit from: A competitive base salary A highly attractive bonus scheme Most conveyancers earn over £10,000 per year in bonuses, with top performers reaching £15,000 or more.
