ENSEK is seeking an engineering leader to drive a high-performing team through a transformation from a monolith to domain-led, product-driven cloud-native platform. You will shape engineering direction, deliver scalable services and partner with Product, Design, SRE and other teams to accelerate growth.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in engineering management, strong coding background in modern languages, and hands-on experience with microservices, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
