Repairs Administrator & Operations Support

Peabody is looking for a Repairs Administrator to support the Repairs Team across our housing portfolio in Basildon. Based at our Pitsea office, you will be responsible for handling administration, customer enquiries and records to ensure services are delivered efficiently and residents have a positive experience.

You’ll need experience in admin or customer service, strong organisational and communication skills, and solid IT literacy including MS Office and housing/repairs systems.
