Repairs Coordinator Hybrid - Peterborough £35,224 per annum Full Time, Temporary As a Repairs Coordinator at Amplius, you'll play an important part in supporting our responsive repairs and empty homes service. Working closely with surveyors, contractors and colleagues across the business, you'll help ensure repairs are delivered on time, within budget and to the high standards our customers expect.

Manage customer enquiries and requests, providing a professional, helpful and customer-focused service. Support the investigation of complaints and provide information to help resolve them quickly and effectively. Arrange asbestos surveys, inspections and any follow-up work needed to ensure quality standards are met.
Keep systems up to date by raising works orders, processing changes, coordinating inspections and supporting payment processes. Produce performance reports and support the monitoring of budgets and service performance.
