Overview
In this role you will analyse and present data to identify insights and support business decisions within a fast-growing fintech environment. You will build and refine data models, reports, and dashboards, working end-to-end across credit models. Collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll leverage Power BI, Excel and SQL to uncover trends and unlock better data usage. The position blends technical rigor with a startup culture and a West London office presence.
Pay / Benefits
- 65,000 GBP base salary + 10% bonus

Responsibilities
- Produce and enhance data models, reports, and dashboards
- Analyse large data sets to identify trends and insights
- Present findings to stakeholders to inform decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
- Utilise Power BI, Excel and SQL for data analysis
- Engage with stakeholders to refine reporting needs
- Support non-technical users with data access and interpretation
- Gain exposure to credit modelling initiatives
Key requirements
- Strong SQL
- Strong Power BI
- Some understanding of data warehousing
- Ideally interest in AI
- Experience as a Data Analyst or Report Writer
