Job Summary Working within a multidisciplinary team of leading scientists and software engineers, the Research Geophysicist drives innovation in geophysical processing technology and ensures the delivery of effective industry‐ready software solutions that support SLB's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Propose and prototype innovative geophysical solutions to enhance industrial seismic processing workflows, focusing on ocean‐bottom node measurements (e.g., compressive sensing, machine learning, survey design, broadband signal processing, wavelet processing, wavefield deconvolution, noise attenuation, inverse problems).

Develop, implement, and test new algorithms and code to advance seismic data processing capabilities. Support the commercialization of new technologies, working closely with operations geophysicists to ensure effective deployment in real‐world projects.

Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and the broader SLB community. Key Requirements Education: PhD in geophysics, physics, applied mathematics, electrical engineering, or a related discipline. Experience: Minimum 5 years in the seismic processing industry.

Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in signal theory, solid foundation in wave propagation theory, expertise in geophysics and signal processing. Programming

Knowledge and practical experience in applying data science and machine learning to subsurface imaging challenges is considered a strong advantage.
