Research Manager role Quantitative Research London – Hybrid Salary from £40,000 - £49,000 Are you an experienced quantitative researcher looking for a role that offers genuine variety, strategic client work, and the opportunity to shape both projects and people?

We are looking for a Research Manager to join an award winning insights consultancy. You will lead a diverse portfolio of research projects, and work with a broad mix of clients, delivering bespoke research programmes that solve real commercial challenges.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on research delivery with client leadership, commercial responsibility and mentoring more junior researchers.

What you'll be doing

Leading and designing multiple quantitative research projects from proposal through to delivery Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact across a portfolio of accounts Overseeing fieldwork, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Turning complex data into clear, commercially focused insights and presentations Supporting business development through proposals and existing client growth Coaching and developing junior team members while helping shape team culture

What you'll need

Previous experience within a market research or insights agency Strong quantitative research expertise Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities Confidence presenting insights and building long-term client relationships Experience writing proposals If you're looking for a role where no two projects are the same and where you'll have the freedom to deliver tailored research that makes a real commercial impact, we'd love to hear from you.
