About You:Essential Skills:Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative ad-hoc research combined with a willingness to upskill on new approaches.
Passion for delivering insightful results. Strong interest in working in Cardio-renal metabolics, across a range of clients and indicationsEnjoying the challenge of digging into the data to find the answers to clients key business questionsAbility to develop, maintain and grow client relationships through delivery of excellent reports / presentationsProven ability to manage standard quantitative and/or qualitative projects end-to-end, including questionnaire/study design, project processes, sampling, and analysisAbility to lead complex multi-country / multi-wave studies with multiple subscribersExperience of managing, developing and motivating team membersDesirable Skills:Solid research skills including questionnaire & study design, project processes, sampling and basic analytical techniquesCommercial outlook, understand client business and model our Client First behavioursYou should have strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
