Job Description If you have experience within construction, social housing, or property maintenance environments and an understanding of work in occupied properties then this Resident Liaison Officer opportunity could be the role for you.

As the Resident Liaison Officer some of your daily tasks and responsibilities would be to: Act as the primary point of contact for residents throughout the duration of worksRespond to resident queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional mannerMediate disputes where required and escalate issues appropriatelyLiaise with site teams, subcontractors, housing associations, and local authoritiesArrange and coordinate access to properties for surveyors, operatives, and contractorsProvide residents with adequate notice and ensure appointments are managed effectivelyCarry out pre-entry visits to identify any specific residents needsMaintaining accurate records of all residents interactions, communications, and action takenTrack complaints and resolutions, providing regular updates to managementEnsure all documentations is in line with company procedures and client requirementsSupport and participate in resident meetings, consultations, and community engagement eventsGather feedback from residents to support continuous improvement of service deliveryIt is essential that the right candidate would be confident in customer facing roles, have strong communication skills, excellent organisational and administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Experience within construction, social housing, or property maintenance environments and an understanding of work in occupied properties would be preferred but not essential. This role requires regular travel to project sites, flexibility may be required to attend occasional evening or community meetings and the role is site-based with no remote working.
