Job Description Residential Childcare WorkerLocation: Littleover, DerbySalary: £35,780- £37,320 per year (inclusive of sleeps)About the RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Residential Childcare Worker to join their children's residential home in Littleover.

You will play a crucial role in supporting and caring for children and young people, helping them develop life skills, build positive relationships, and achieve their full potential. You will work alongside a Senior Co-Worker on a structured rota, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

What Were Looking ForExperience in children's residential care or transferable skillsLevel 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care (or equivalent) or working towards this qualificationRelevant experience in similar care settings, transferable skills and a genuine commitment to working with children and young peopleA full UK driving licence (essential) youll need to transport young people to appointments, school, social activities etcCompassion, resilience, and the ability to build strong relationships with young peopleShift PatternLong shifts plus sleep ins (which means less working days per week)Rolling 3-week rotaAveraging 10 shifts per monthWhats on Offer?
