A well-established and growing legal firm in Worcester is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and supportive property team. The Role

• /n From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and consistent residential conveyancing caseload, including:
• /n
• /n
• Managing sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity from instruction through to completion /n
• Handling both freehold and leasehold transactions /n
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties /n
• Conducting title checks, searches, and reporting to clients /n
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation /n
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements /n
• Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process /n

About You

• Experienced Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer /n
• Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently /n
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail /n
• Excellent communication and client care skills /n
• Organised, proactive, and keen to progress within a reputable firm /n
