Are you tired of being overworked and under-appreciated? BPLS is a growing conveyancing firm and we're looking for experienced Residential Conveyancers to join us. With a genuinely manageable caseload of c.60 files, you will receive onboarding and post-completion support, so you can comfortably manage your caseload and focus on providing the best service to our clients.

Whether you want to gain more experience, upskill yourself or progress into management, we'll help you build the right progression path to get there. Essential experience: Minimum of1.5-2 years managing your own Residential Conveyancing caseload Leasehold and freehold purchases Shared ownership transactions Help to Buy Desirable experience: Bridging loans Knowledge of the Building Safety Act
Key responsibilities
Organising and managing your caseload, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, and preparing reports Reviewing draft contract packs and search results (local, environmental, etc.) Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents Keeping clients, mortgage brokers and estate agents updated in line with our SLA turnaround times Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures, and maintaining accurate file records Delivering an excellent standard of client care throughout the transaction
