You will
Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from pre-exchange through to completion Advise on sales and purchases across the full spectrum of residential property matters, including plot sales and developer-led transactions Provide clear, commercially focused advice to local and national clients, including high-net-worth individuals Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail Support and share knowledge with junior team members to strengthen overall team capability The firm prides itself on delivering a gold-standard service and are looking for a Conveyancer to: Maintain a highly professional, client-centric approach Build and nurture strong, lasting client relationships Adapt communication style to meet varied client expectations Consistently deliver a responsive and reassuring service What we are looking for 3 years’ PQE Proven experience handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload Strong technical and procedural knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, team-oriented mindset with leadership potential The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience, alongside a supportive environment where career development is genuinely encouraged.
