Job Description Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive Location: Poole/hybrid working from home A new and exciting prospect has emerged for a 2+ PQE Residential Conveyancer to join a growing Dorset law firm. The firm is seeking a proficient and knowledgeable Fee Earner to join its Poole office.

You will be able to run your own varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion with a strong focus on client care. Work will include: Handle a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, new-build properties, equity transfers and remortgage matters Examine title documentation, review search results and raise or respond to enquiries as required throughout the transaction process Draft, negotiate and progress contracts, transfer deeds and mortgage-related documents through to exchange of contracts Prepare completion statements, arrange the drawdown of mortgage advances and oversee the receipt and distribution of completion funds Ensure the prompt submission of SDLT returns and registration of completed transactions with HM Land Registry Maintain effective communication with clients, estate agents, lenders and legal representatives, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout each matter This role will suit a diligent individual who: Is client focused Knows the functioning of case management systems Is sufficiently IT literate Understands the entire conveyancing process My client is eager to shortlist for interviews as soon as possible.
