The RoleYou'll manage a varied residential property caseload, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesMortgages and transfers of equityProperties in rural locationsWork flowing from a thriving residential property departmentCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified lawyer with:2+ years' experience in residential conveyancingConfidence managing a diverse caseload independentlyStrong communication and organisational skillsA collaborative and client-focused approachExperience using case management systemsA passion for delivering excellent client serviceWorking ArrangementsHybrid working is available.
