the role
Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and new build properties. Ensure high levels of client care and service throughout the transaction process. Utilise advanced conveyancing technology to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Required Skills &
Qualifications
Qualified Residential Property Solicitor, or experienced Conveyancing Executive. NQ to 3 years of residential conveyancing experience. Solid experience across a range of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage files proactively and work efficiently under pressure. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A forward-thinking, positive attitude that reflects and contributes to our supportive, ambitious workplace culture.
