This is a great opportunity for a conveyancer with 3+ years PQE who enjoys handling a varied caseload and wants to work in a collaborative environment where quality of work is genuinely valued. The role will involve: Managing a residential conveyancing caseload of approximately 100 filesHandling a broad range of residential property matters from instruction through to completionWorking closely with colleagues in a friendly, team-focused officeSupport & structure: Assistant / secretarial support included within the roleSensible caseloads with an emphasis on service rather than volumeWhat theyre looking for: A qualified Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive)3+ years PQE with solid residential conveyancing experienceSomeone who enjoys being part of a team and contributing to a positive office cultureWorking arrangements: Office-based initiallyHybrid working available after successful completion of probationIf youre an experienced conveyancer looking for a stable, supportive firm with flexibility and a strong local reputation, this could be a great move.
