Job Description Residential Conveyancer SwanseaSalary: £40,000 + Annual BonusLocation: Swansea (Hybrid Working Available)Working Pattern: Full-TimeTSR Legal are delighted to be supporting a highly regarded and growing law firm in their search for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their Swansea office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer who is looking to join a supportive and progressive team, handling a varied residential property caseload with the autonomy to manage matters from inception through to completion.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to clients, managing a busy caseload, and working collaboratively within an established conveyancing department.
The Role
Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including: SalesPurchasesRemortgagesTransfers of equityFreehold and leasehold transactionsNew build mattersReview proof and source of funds documentation as part of file risk assessment proceduresHandle sale enquiries and raise enquiries on purchasesReview and report on management packs, search results and mortgage offersReport on legal title and provide clear advice to clientsProgress matters efficiently through to completionManage a caseload of approximately 100 files, with a target of around 20 completions per monthWork closely with colleagues to maintain excellent client service standardsAbout You: Minimum 4 years PQE within Residential ConveyancingStrong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property mattersConfident handling both freehold and leasehold transactions independentlyExperience managing a busy caseload with strong organisational skillsExcellent communication and client care skillsAble to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environmentMust be able to work from the Swansea officeWhats on Offer: Competitive salary of £40,000 per annumAnnual bonus opportunityHybrid working availableLegal fee discounts25 days holiday plus bank holidaysBirthday day offOpportunity to join a successful and expanding conveyancing teamThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer seeking a long-term opportunity with a firm that values quality, progression and work-life balance.
