Some of the key responsibilities of this firm include managing a varied caseload including sale and purchasing of registered and unregistered properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, help to buy purchases and sales, lease extensions and probate sales.

We are seeking candidates with good quality experience in a range of residential conveyancing matters who are seeking a friendly firm with a quality over quantity approach to their conveyancing and a real focus on client care.

There will be ample support from this friendly team and the opportunity to gain valuable experience working with some very professional colleagues. You should be confident to join the team and run your own case load of Residential Property Conveyancing with full secretarial support and maintain the high standards of the firm in general.
