This role is ideal for a Solicitor with solid experience in residential conveyancing and the capability to manage a varied caseload from instruction through to post-completion. Day-to-day of
the role
Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership matters, and general residential conveyancing transactions. Manage cases involving registered and unregistered land. Progress new build transactions, including liaising with developers, managing tight exchange deadlines, and meeting lender requirements.
Ensure all transactions are compliant with legal standards and client expectations. Provide exceptional client service throughout the conveyancing process. Required Skills
