The RoleYou will handle the full spectrum of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesNew build transactionsBuy-to-let purchasesTransfers of equityRemortgagesShared ownership mattersGeneral property ownership and title mattersSupporting clients through complex transactions with clear, practical adviceThe successful candidate will be entrusted with a busy and varied caseload, working closely with clients, agents, brokers and other stakeholders to ensure transactions are progressed efficiently and proactively.
Candidate RequirementsQualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer5+ years' PQE with a strong background in residential propertyProven ability to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independentlyStrong technical knowledge across a broad range of conveyancing transactionsExcellent client care and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider teamWhy Join?
