This award-winning team is recognised for handling a broad range of high-quality residential property matters, including high-value homes, country estates, complex transactions and premium residential property work across London, the South West and beyond.

You will manage your own varied caseload from instruction through to completion, providing an exceptional client experience throughout. Matters are likely to include: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgagesBuy-to-let transactionsNew build purchases, particularly within the retirement living sectorFirst registrationsComplex and high-value residential property workCandidate RequirementsIdeal candidates will have: Around 3+ years' PQE as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed ConveyancerProven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independentlyStrong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactionsExcellent client relationship and communication skillsA track record of meeting financial and performance targetsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailWhy Join?
