Key responsibilities include
Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completionHandling a broad range of residential property matters with minimal supervisionDelivering exceptional client service throughout the transaction processAssisting with the supervision and development of junior team members and support staffBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional contactsActively supporting business development and networking initiativesCandidate RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will have: Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive statusA minimum of 4 years' PQE in Residential PropertyStrong technical knowledge and technical expertise in residential conveyancingProven experience managing your own caseload independentlyExcellent communication and client relationship skillsCommercial awareness and a proactive approach to business developmentExperience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues (desirable)Why Join?
