This position suits an experienced fee earner confident in handling all stages of residential transactions, with strong earning potential through an uncapped bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities

Managing an average caseload of 50 residential conveyancing files from instruction to completionPreparing and submitting contracts, letters, Land Registry documents and HMRC formsCompleting pre completion checks, searches and financial arrangementsHandling post completion tasks, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applicationsMaintaining compliant, accurate and up to date filesLiaising with clients, third parties and colleagues to ensure smooth progressionThis role offers hybrid working, career development support, a collaborative team environment and additional benefits including a bonus scheme.

Ideally you will be a licensed conveyancer or Legal Executive, (FCILEX) within proven conveyancing experience.
