Our client is a high-growth, technology-driven legal services provider with ambitious plans for expansion across the residential property market. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer-Manager/Team Leader to join their leadership team.

This is a remote working permanent role. This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with substantial residential property experience to take on a senior role within a modern, forward-thinking legal business.

You will play a key role in managing complex conveyancing transactions, supporting and developing junior team members, and helping to shape operational excellence within a rapidly scaling organisation. You will also work closely with the Head of Legal.

The Role You will be responsible for managing a varied and high-volume caseload of residential sale and purchase matters, including new-build transactions, across England and Wales. Alongside your own caseload, you will provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to colleagues, helping to drive performance, quality, and client service standards across the team.

Working within a technology-enabled environment, you will leverage innovative systems and processes designed to reduce administrative burden, allowing you to focus on technical legal work, client relationships, and team management.

Key Responsibilities Managing a complex caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, and new-build matters. Providing supervision, mentoring, and support to junior conveyancers and legal staff.

Ensuring high standards of legal and regulatory compliance across all matters. Driving exceptional client service and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Supporting operational improvements and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Acting as a senior technical resource for the wider team on residential property matters. Involved in recruitment processes for new hires. To be considered, you must: Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive in England & Wales.

Have substantial experience handling residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. Demonstrate previous experience supervising, mentoring, or managing legal professionals. Be confident managing a high-volume caseload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
