Ideally, you will have 2 years pqe, though NQ's with two years paralegal experience in residential property prior to starting their training contract will also be considered. About the Role You will have experience assisting with, or managing, all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.
Previous new build experience is a key requirement. You will also be encouraged to play an active role in business development, helping to strengthen existing client relationships and generate new business for the department.
Candidate RequirementsBased at the firm's central London office, you will join a busy and highly regarded residential property department, handling a varied caseload of high-quality conveyancing matters. This opportunity is ideally suited to a Solicitor with between NQ and 4 years' PQE who possesses strong technical ability and is confident managing a demanding workload.
