They need someone who's solid at residential conveyancing, communicates brilliantly, and is willing to learn a specialist niche with full training provided. The WorkYou'll handle your own caseload of residential conveyancing, with a focus on the retirement living sector once trained: Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensionsOften acting on both sides of a move (existing property sale + retirement property purchase)Time-sensitive transactions where communication and organisation are criticalThe client demographic skews older, so excellent telephone manner and the ability to explain legal complexities clearly are essential.
About You1 to 5 years PQE as a Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer)Strong residential conveyancing foundationFirst-class communication and client care skillsGood time management (this work moves quickly)Comfortable with Excel, case management systems, and hitting financial targetsWilling to specialise in retirement living with full support and trainingWhy This Firm?
