It is looking for a senior residential property lawyer who can step into an established caseload, work with autonomy, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. The firm itself is an expanding regional business with over a century of history and a modern outlook.

For an experienced conveyancer, that means the freedom to get on with what you do best, with the backing of a supportive team around you.

The roleYou will manage a full residential property caseload from instruction to post-completion, dealing with the kind of transactions that make up the fabric of the local market: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensionsFirst registrations and related Land Registry workAdvising clients at every stage, making the complex simple and keeping them informedYou will work directly with clients, estate agents, and brokers, building relationships that generate repeat business.

You will also be a senior voice in the Windsor office, providing guidance to more junior colleagues and support staff where needed. About youYou are a residential property lawyer with at least five years' experience. You can run a full caseload without supervision, and you take pride in getting the details right.

You communicate clearly and professionally, and you understand that a house move is one of the most significant transactions in a client's life. You are commercially aware, organised, and comfortable with case management systems.
