A highly regarded Top 100 UK law firm is looking to welcome a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer into its Northampton team. This isn't simply an opportunity to manage a conveyancing caseload. The Opportunity You'll manage a varied and high-quality residential property caseload, giving you exposure to a broad range of transactions rather than the same work day in, day out.

Matters will include: Sales and purchases Transfers of equity and re-mortgages New build and shared ownership transactions Equity release matters Higher-value and more complex residential property work Transfers of part, overage and option agreements You'll have the autonomy to take ownership of your work while being surrounded by an experienced and approachable team when you need support.
