ResponsibilitiesManage and progress residential transactions from instruction to completion including acting for landlord and tenant, buyer and seller on sales and purchases, development, investment work, licences for alterations, deeds of variation, wayleaves, options, overage, lease extension matters, re finance and transfers of equityReviewing case filesLiaising with clients and stakeholdersDrafting and reviewing legal documentsWriting articles and attending marketing eventsLead with arranging training for the team and input at departmental meetingsSupport junior solicitors and paralegalsAbout youQualified Solicitor with 5-7 years' PQE in residential propertyProven track record in the full range of residential real estate transactionsExcellent legal technical knowledge and commitment to continuous professional developmentClient focussed and commercially awareWork efficiently and accurately under pressureExperience of working autonomouslyYou will be part of a very supportive team where your input is valued, and collaboration is encouraged.
