Job Description: Role Residential Support Worker Hours: 40 hours per week Pay: £26,436 Additional pay: £4,160 per annum, based on 2 sleep-ins Potential earnings: £30,596.00 per annum Please note we are not currently offering COS About us Within Reach Services, based right here in the heart of Gloucester, we offer more than just care; we provide a safe, welcoming home and tailored support for children and young adults with complex needs and challenging behaviour What you will be doing Provide emotional support and positive behaviour management tailored to each persons individual needs.
Support children and young people with daily living activities, promoting independence and confidence. Assist with meal preparation and mealtimes, ensuring nutritional needs are met. Plan and facilitate engaging activities that encourage social development, life skills, and positive experiences.
Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing home environment. Record care activities, incidents, and progress notes accurately in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Support the people we support to attend appointments, education settings, and community activities, while ensuring their safety, well-being, and supervision always.
