p strong Resource Coordinator /strong /p p Sheffield | Hybrid Working Available Following Onboarding /p p br /p p Join a rapidly growing, purpose-driven organisation delivering innovative energy solutions across some of the UKs most exciting projects. /p p Were looking for a highly organised and proactive Resource Coordinator to support the planning and deployment of field-based operational teams across multiple customer sites nationwide. /p p This is not a traditional administration role. /p p Youll thrive if you enjoy coordinating people, solving problems, juggling multiple priorities and keeping operations moving in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. /p p br /p p strong What youll be doing /strong /p p br /p ul li Coordinating field-based engineers and technicians /li li Managing both planned and reactive resource requirements /li li Supporting workforce planning and scheduling activities /li li Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders daily /li li Tracking resource availability and assignments /li li Following up on outstanding actions and ensuring plans remain on track /li li Maintaining accurate planning records and documentation /li li Supporting continuous improvement across planning and operations /li /ul p br /p p strong About you /strong /p p br /p p Were open to a range of backgrounds, but youll likely have experience in: /p p br /p ul li Resource planning /li li Service coordination /li li Workforce scheduling /li li Operations support /li li Logistics coordination /li li Engineering administration /li li Dispatch or control room environments /li /ul p br /p p strong Youll be: /strong /p p br /p ul li Highly organised /li li Calm under pressure /li li Proactive and resilient /li li Comfortable managing changing priorities /li li Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders /li li Able to build relationships quickly /li li Someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment /li /ul p br /p p This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business where youll work closely with experienced operational leaders and play a key role in supporting critical service delivery activities. /p
