Resource Coordinator Sheffield | Hybrid Working Available Following Onboarding Join a rapidly growing, purpose-driven organisation delivering innovative energy solutions across some of the UK's most exciting projects. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Resource Coordinator to support the planning and deployment of field-based operational teams across multiple customer sites nationwide.
This is not a traditional administration role. You'll thrive if you enjoy coordinating people, solving problems, juggling multiple priorities and keeping operations moving in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
What you'll be doing Coordinating field-based engineers and technicians Managing both planned and reactive resource requirements Supporting workforce planning and scheduling activities Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders daily Tracking resource availability and assignments Following up on outstanding actions and ensuring plans remain on track Maintaining accurate planning records and documentation Supporting continuous improvement across planning and operations About you We're open to a range of backgrounds, but you'll likely have experience in: Resource planning Service coordination Workforce scheduling Operations support Logistics coordination Engineering administration Dispatch or control room environments You'll be: Highly organised Calm under pressure Proactive and resilient Comfortable managing changing priorities Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders Able to build relationships quickly Someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business where you'll work closely with experienced operational leaders and play a key role in supporting critical service delivery activities.
