Resourcer £13.45 per hour 20–30 hours per week Monday to Friday Glasgow Pertemps are looking for a motivated, organised and proactive Temporary Part-Time Resourcer to join our team at our Glasgow office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has great administrative skills and is confident managing multiple tasks in a busy recruitment environment.

The Role Job Title: Temporary Part-Time Resourcer Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour Hours: 20–30 hours per week Working Days: Monday to Friday Start Times: Flexible 9:00am, 10:00am or 11:00am starts Location: Office-based Contract: Temporary Key Responsibilities Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for vacancies.
Reviewing CVs and matching candidates to relevant opportunities. Conducting initial candidate pre-screening calls. Contacting candidates to discuss roles, availability and experience. Booking candidates in for interviews and coordinating interview arrangements.
Updating candidate records and maintaining accurate recruitment databases. Providing general recruitment administration and support. Supporting the wider recruitment team with day-to-day tasks. We are looking for someone who: Has excellent communication and telephone skills.
Is organised, reliable and has good attention to detail. Is confident speaking with candidates and building rapport. Can manage their workload effectively in a fast-paced environment. Has good administrative and IT skills.
Is proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn. Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or administration would be advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important. What We Offer Competitive pay of £13.45 per hour.
