2–5 PQE Restructuring & Insolvency US Firm - London A leading US law firm is looking to hire a junior to mid-level Associate into its London-based Restructuring & Insolvency team, as it continues to invest in its European platform.

The Opportunity You will be involved in a broad mix of sophisticated matters, including: • Cross-border restructurings, insolvencies and special situations • Creditor-side mandates for ad hoc groups, funds and institutional investors • Liability management exercises and strategic recapitalisations • Distressed M&A and opportunistic investments • Complex restructuring plans, schemes of arrangement and international workouts The team is known for handling high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional mandates, often involving tight timelines, complex capital structures and sophisticated stakeholders.
