Location: Base Store - Bristol - DesignateRole - willing to travel within 1 hour of your base store until assigned apermanent location.
Shift pattern: Full-time -flexible shift patterns across mornings; evenings and weekends,will be discussed further at interview.

As an Assistant Store Manager Designate, youll travelbetween different stores in yourarea, supporting where youre needed most. Its agreat way to meet new teams, build your skills, and enjoy plenty ofvariety in your day. You wont be on the move forever though-thisrole is designed to help you grow, with the goal of moving into a permanentstore and developing your career.
Day to day youll work alongside the store managerto:
Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
Bringing fresh ideas from your previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years
Passion for customer service & sales.
Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional)
This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
