Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter, we pride ourselves in being renowned for our world class customer service and best in class products. Who we are looking for are naturally friendly, enthusiastic and all-round positive individuals who want to be proud of their work.

So, what makes a fantastic Retail Associate? You see a queue at the till? You jump on to reduce the customers waiting time. We've run out of Gryffindor Jumpers?
