Responsibilities of our Retail Online Hub Assistant: The succesful candidate will be responsible for processing and listing donations on the donated online hub to maximize our donated online income streamYou will work collaboratively with shop management and volunteers to deliver a robust operation and positive customer experienceAbout the Retail team: Our retail operation consists of over 80 charity shopsEach of our shops has its own charm and personality due to our dedicated volunteers and colleagues.
From vintage jewellery and jigsaws to harps and handbags, whether our customers are looking for that 'must have' item or simply a 'missing piece'.What we're looking for in our Retail Online Hub Assistant:experience of listing and selling items on online platforms (Professional or personal).good IT skills and confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).ability to communicate effectively with employees written and verbal at all levels within and outside of the organisation.self-motivated with a flexible, positive, and resilient attitude.
