Car Driver EssentialComputer Literate ideally Word, Excel, Microsoft 365First Aid Trained in the Workplace would be an advantage although training will be providedKey
Responsibilities
Share administration, housekeeping, and daily operational tasksAnswer phones promptly and greet customers professionallyProvide excellent customer service and assist with purchasesSchedule Estimator visits (Mon-Thurs, Sat; Newbury also Fri)Process deliveries, maintain records, and manage paper trailContact customers regarding arrivals and coordinate fitting schedulesChase outstanding payments daily and process in FRSComplete daily GRN Audit and End of Day Sales ReportsMaintain store cleanliness, security, and presentation standardsSupport stock management and controlAssist team with all aspects of store operations affecting business profitabilityBenefitsCompany PensionEmployee DiscountOn Site Parking28 days holiday per annumTo Apply, please click on the Apply Now button to make an application.
