Represent Rituals – follow safety standards, rock the Rituals look, and keep your product knowledge up to date through training and workshops. Bring all of you You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.
You have a strong motivation to reach performance targets. You have an eye for detail, you're organised and structured. Colleagues already come to you when they're stuck. You gladly help them master the Feel-Good Experience and be a role model.
You really enjoy working with customers and want to keep that connection, but you're ready to take on more responsibility too.
